Regency Entertainment S.A. a leading company in the Greek gaming and luxury hotels industry, is looking for a candidate to cover the following open position at Regency Casino Thessaloniki:

Slot Technician

Main Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, cleaning, inspection, adjustment, testing and upgrade of slot machines
• Provide service and replace various parts of slot machines
• Install and ensure the correct and optimum operation of new slot machines
• Relocate and replace slot machines and equipment in the gaming area
• Configure slot department and network equipment, install software to related equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic malfunctions and system problems of slot machines
• Handle problems and provide solutions in real time interaction with guests
• Provide answers and explanations to guests regarding slots machine functions
• Work in a regulated environment with high level of security and compliance standards
• Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner, following guidelines and all relevant policies and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree (TEI) in Electronics/Computer Systems Engineering or relevant field, or any Technical diploma (EPAL/IEK)
• A good knowledge of English language (Certification B2 level)

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years prior experience in a technical support position
• Workbench repair experience, computers, electronic boards, touch screens and TV/monitor repair experience

Competencies (skills, knowledge, abilities)

• Electronic skills
• Knowledge of electronic components and their functions
• Customer service skills
• Good knowledge of Ms Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to perform effectively within strict timeframe
• Ability to lift and carry minimum 25kg
• Ability to work on rotating shifts and days of the week, including weekends and holidays
