The job holder will be responsible for the sales of Vodafone’s Data networking, fixed telephony & ICT services and solutions (SaaS, IaaS, IoT, Security) to SME & SoHo customers, in cooperation with the business sales teams and the commercial partners. The role is based at Vodafone Thessaloniki premises.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
Clients and sales plans analysis
Client’s needs investigation
Cooperation with the technical and marketing departments for the creation of technical / commercial proposals
Presentation of services and solutions to customers
Direct sales of services and solutions to customers
Handling the cooperation with selected customers and the achievement of commercial targets
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Previous working experience in a similar position in a Telecommunications or IT company
Experience in the design of solutions and sales support for telecom services and/or IT/ICT services
Marketing and Sales methods awareness
Very good interpersonal skills and ability of fluent communication with customers and partners.
Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external collaborators & customers.
Ability and interest to learn about the latest business services and products.
Strong results orientation and flexibility to work under pressure & tight timelines
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
University degree in Telecoms or IT
Excellent command in writing and speaking of the Greek and English language
