We are looking for passionate QA Engineers willing to work in multicultural teams to develop mission critical applications for local and international customers. The successful candidates will join local Scrum teams (based in Athens) to work closely with international development teams. The individual will work closely with developers, product managers, network engineers and other stakeholders, executing test iterations, tracking / reporting results, troubleshooting and coordinating defect resolution.

Are you an experienced technical tester with a broad range of back and front end testing experience? We are looking for you!

Requirements

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• The ability to be flexible with changing priorities, and timelines
• Experience of working within a self organising scrum team, working closely with Product Owners, Developers and SET's
• Experience of scripted and exploratory testing techniques
• Experience using Agile and traditional methodologies
• An understanding of the Software Engineer in Test role and how a manual QA tester can support this role.
• Experience of estimating, planning and coordinating test activities
• Experience with delivery tracking tools such as Confluence and JIRA etc.

Skills and Experience:

• At least 1-2 years experience in manual testing
• Intelligent and self-motivated
• Gets things done! (On time, with quality)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about quality and bringing value to our users
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect with peers, subordinates and executives
