Role Description

ASOFIN Management SA [part of Onassis Group of companies] is looking for a Real Estate Assistant Officer for its Assets Management sector. He/She will be responsible for conducting regular inspections in all assets, in order to maintain at all times an intimate knowledge of each asset and its current needs and assisting directors regarding the marketing, use, maintenance and operation of all assets.

Main responsibilities include:
  • Conduct market research and prepare reports concerning the sector (market value of land/rent, market trends, opportunities and threats, competition, etc)
  • Collect and maintain advertisement records regarding rentals, land purchase etc
  • Liaise with land brokers, potential clients in the private or public sector, in order to maximize building occupancy
  • Collect and keep records of rent prices, land value etc
  • Liaise with occupants of the building in order to sort out complaints, rentals, etc
  • Liaise with the Company's technical and maintenance department for matters concerning technical problems, repairs and maintenance
  • Liaise with the Company's security manager for matters concerning security, safety and health
  • Keep cost records regarding maintenance, public utilities, repairs, etc
  • Ensure that assets are up to date as regards payments of taxes, public utility bills, etc
  • Maintain records of ownership, layout plans, building permits, deeds of ownership, certificates, public utilities bills, etc
  • Prepare reports on assets usage, cost/revenue charts




Requirements

Eligible candidates should meet the following requirements:
  • University degree in Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Business or any other related area
  • Postgraduate degree or a professional qualification will be considered as an asset
  • Previous working experience in a relevant position (min. 3 years)
  • In depth knowledge of Real Estate management and its financial terminology
  • Excellent command of all MS Office Applications
  • Fluency in English language (verbal and written)
