About Your Opportunity
As a Key Account Manager LTR you will be based in Thessaloniki, you will partner with our customers and ensure their long-term success. The Account manager role is to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities.
Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience. If you are the ideal candidate you will be passionate and able not only to identify customer needs but also exceed client expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Focusing on the needs and managing relationships with existing and new customers
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders
Handling the requests of customers or prospective clients
Customer Service, complaint handling and problem solving
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales process by follow up on orders, deliveries and collections
Anticipate the clients needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet these needs.
Organizing, allocating and monitoring objectives through the creation of aggregated and isolated reports
Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports
Desired Skills and Experience
University degree Business Administration or in relevant field is essential. Any master degree will be considered as an asset
Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
Customer focus: understand the needs of internal and external customers and respond promptly
Strong communication and organization skills with attention to details
Time management skills within a dynamic working environment
Flexibility in rapid evolving working environment
Desirable experience in Sales
