We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM 09/19) who will be accountable for commercial interaction with key customers, development, negotiation and execution of account plan, management of promotional activities and monitor of the profitability of an account.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for achieving strategic objectives and daily sales monitoring in account(s) in scope
  • Building long term partnership with the customer
  • Continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories
  • Participate and coordinate account plans presentations
  • Responsible for the execution of cross –analysis of results versus quantitative & qualitative targets.
  • Responsible for the Management of day-to day relations in support to NAM.
  • Communication of forecasted sales and promotions.
  • Participates in SBU sales team, follow up agreements on local level
  • Follows corporate Henkel agreements in client level where applicable
  • Daily communication with other divisions internally to achieve better client’s results


Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in Key Account Management in Modern channel preferably in FMCG sector
  • Field Sales experience as an asset
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance preferably at Postgraduate level
  • Proficient knowledge of English and MS Office
  • Strong numerical ability
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
  • Initiative and ownership
  • High energy level
  • Team player
