Περιγραφή Θέσης

The Webhelp Group specializes in global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), in particular in customer experience, payment services, sales, digital & marketing, across a range of voice, social and digital channels. Currently active in 26 countries, the company employs more than 35,000 Webhelpers across 86 services centers. The Webhelp Group is headquarted in Paris, France. We are currently seeking to cover on behalf of our clients, the above positions:

Responsibilities:

  • Build and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards
  • Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance
  • Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems
  • Identify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementation
  • Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines
  • Use call logging system to accurately record telephone requests
  • Users’ support (hardware / software)



  • Manage daily operations of the IT department




  • Installation & upgrades of clients, servers, printers & peripherals



  • Installation & support of network infrastructure (switches, access points)




  • Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and maintenance (Workstation & Servers)




  • Support telecommunications infrastructure



  • Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • University degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Telecommunications

  • 2 years of working experience in IT support activities
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of PC components and operations
  • Knowledge of MS office software
  • Knowledge of email and other internet applications
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Knowledge of servers
  • Knowledge of CCNA considered as a plus
  • Ability to resolve basic problems
  • Ability to work under instruction and take guidance
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Task orientated
  •  Self-motivated
