Users’ support (hardware / software)
Manage daily operations of the IT department
Installation & upgrades of clients, servers, printers & peripherals
Installation & support of network infrastructure (switches, access points)
Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and maintenance (Workstation & Servers)
Support telecommunications infrastructure
Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously
