Περιγραφή Θέσης

HR Administrator 
(Fixed Term Contract: 6 months)

The successful candidate will be providing administrative support in the recruitment and development field of Human Resources Department. This role performs a wide range of administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature. The position will be based at Nea Erithraia Premises.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provides support in candidates sourcing, interview scheduling & implementation and new employee’s onboarding program.
  • Updates recruitment and training databases to establish control and structure in HR department’s data and records.
  • Supports the company’s training plan implementation and ensures smooth facilitation of all trainings performed.
  • Administers all correspondence (preparation of certifications, follow up on requests etc) regarding company’s group medical plan  ensuring prompt resolution of all queries 
  • Enters HR Department’s purchase requests into SAP system, and monitors the approval process, to ensure smooth office operation.
  • Enters and monitors HR documents flow in Company’s Protocol System to assure successful completion of approval and (protocol) numbering process.
  • Serves as liaison with department’s vendors and external collaborators (facilities management subcontractors, recruitment & training vendors, etc.) and controls the alignment of their services with timetable and contract specifications.
  • Communicates with the external specialized consultants on Occupational Health & Safety issues and ensures Occupational Doctor’s and Safety Technician’s alignment with agreed visits time schedule and assigned duties

Professional attributes:
  • Bachelor Degree in the field of Business Administration or Psychology 
  • Postgraduate degree in the Human Resources field 
  • At least 1 one year of  previous relative experience in the HR Field in a corporate environment
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Familiarity with SAP will be considered an asset
  • Advanced user of MS Office
