As a Sales Development Representative you are the main point of contact for Hemmersbach customers. As part of lead generation process, you will contact decision-makers directly, to profile their specific purchasing plans and decision criteria for our solutions. This account profiling process sets the stage for targeted lead generation and triggers marketing/sales activities. You are re-qualifying leads that are identified during a service intervention with the goal to qualify as much as possible before they are routed to the next level.
Make outbound calls to leads/Decision Makers, profile customers, create their interest for our products, generate opportunities and drive opportunities for closure
Daily monitor, follow up and re-qualify all leads
Enter qualified leads into CRM system
Lead Routing – Leads are routed directly to responsible sales rep and/or partner
Close collaboration with sales, partners and/or agencies to gain maximum output of leads
Native German skills and professional demeanor
Capacity to build trust, positive attitude and ease in building relationships
Ability to identify customer needs and resolve issues
Results oriented, highly organized and strong prioritizing skills
Creative problem solver, ability to handle pressure
Excellent planning and organization skills and great at follow-up
Good negotiation skills with customer-oriented attitude
Strong computer skills, Excel, Word, etc.
