to remotely assist our customers and close sales.
We are looking for someone to join us as a team Member of our back-office team in Athens.
Online support for user requests/reservations
users send requests for housing, we need to provide them with fast, quality responses & information about our availability, pricing, home features, etc.
At all times provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
Maintain accounts according to company standards, input all information in on leads, stage, check lists. Keep client accounts in order in our own JUNE OS system.
Respond to incoming customer’s inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, on platforms (such as spareroom.com, roomiapp.com, etc) and via email (Frontapp email client)
Schedule and perform calls with customers, perform video calls with customers
Perform virtual tours of our homes to potential customers, match our solution
Schedule tours and showings for sales team (in person showings, events)
Maintain your tour schedule, calendar in order
Sending tour follow-up emails based on the feedback/requests after a tour
Reschedule tours if needed, confirm if a customer will be coming to tour beforehand
Schedule tours for clients (in person showings, and video tours)
Prepare notes for in-person showings for sales team members.
Guide customers through application process, send links to applications, respond to questions, provide support on completing the application
Help customers gather documents package to be approved to live in our properties
Prepare membership, licensing agreements for signing
Send invoices and payment invitations to customers via various systems such as PropertyWare.com, Squareup, etc
Follow-up with customers to ensure they paid and signed
Ensure the customer is smoothly passed on to the Member Care team at move-in
In young companies it is very common that one team member "wears multiple hats" and is responsible for many aspects of operations.
Fluent in speaking/writing in English
Lived in UK or USA
Accurate and fast catch on to details
Fluent with pc, google services, VoIP calling systems
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Customer service or customer relationship experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ready to work long hours (7AM - 7 pm. Eastern Standard Time, NYC - approx 2PM-2AM Greek time)
Experience in Sales or Real Estate
