On behalf of our client, a Global Leading Company operating in Credit and Loan Management Services, we are looking for a high calibre HR Professional to take the role of:


Compensation and Benefits Manager (Ref. code 4891/CBM/ESS/GR)

Requirements:

  • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to company’s strategy and business goals
  • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives
  • Ensure that compensation practices follow current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.)
  • Use various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
  • Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
  • Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value
  • Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
  • Provide support across all Business Units on any Compensation & Benefits related topics

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα



  • BSc degree in Business, Economics, HR Management or any other relevant discipline
  • Minimum 8 years proven experience in a compensation and benefits role within a well-established organization
  • Previous experience in the set-up and development of C&B schemes, would be considered as a plus
  • Solid knowledge of current labour rules and regulations
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Solid attention to detail with an ability to multitask efficiently and effectively
  • Business acumen and organizational skills
