C++ Developer
Based in Paiania, Attica
As our new Software Engineer you will be involved in several interesting tasks such as building scalable applications for the Gaming industry!
Specifically:
- Do you enjoy working in a team? In this position you will be a part of a team of developers who work on the implementation of Intralot’s Systems!
- You shall be in charge of specific tasks & eventually produce own detailed designs of implementation approach
- As our new team member, you will be responsible for the quality and on-time delivery of your part throughout the software development lifecycle and propose the optimal approach in implementing the software to meet business requirements
- You will also participate in code review sessions and cooperate with other teams to ensure that the provided solution meets end to end our business scenarios
- Finally, you will be responsible to fix any defects of performance problems discovered in testing
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
You will be a successful candidate, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:
- You have already earned your University/ College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant technology field
- Having a proven working experience of 2 years or more in a similar position would be an important asset!
- You have an excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
- You have software development/programming experience in:
- C++ with fair knowledge of the language specification and standard libraries and templates
- Good understanding of memory management in non-garbage collected environments
- Implementation of automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Proficient understanding of Git code versioning tool
- Familiarity with continuous integration
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and HTTP Protocol
Additional knowledge or experience on:
- Node.js Native Extensions is appreciated
- Knowledge of the latest C++11/14 standard is appreciated
- Knowledge of Boost library
- Knowledge of writing native modules for high-level languages such as Node.js, Python, Go, etc.
- Knowledge of NoSQL and SQL database Technologies
- Above all, you are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills!
