People Performance & Learning & Development Specialist

Kariera's Hiring Solutions team, on behalf of a client-company, leader in the retail industry, is looking for a People Performance & Learning-Development Specialist.

Responsibilities
  • To define the strategy of Performance Management system & processes to optimize the quality of performance evaluation, simplify the performance reviews process and enable Managers to improve the performance of their teams in order to achieve the BU goals
  • To create the learning strategy of the BU combining digital & traditional learning (platform, micro-learning, Action learning...) to upskill collaborators in order to enhance performance at an organization, group, and individual level
  • To set the learning strategy for the Leadership Model implementation, defining the methodologies that will be used, creating the training modules, and developing internal trainers in order to train all collaborators and contribute to the establishment of the new culture
  • To contribute to the BU strategic objectives preparation and support the leadership team translate objectives into Smart Goals in order to ensure a better understanding of business objectives
  • To define and implement performance evaluation criteria, adapt them to business needs and culture in order to align evaluation across all employees
  • To be the facilitator in the performance review days (JDP) for the managers of the BU to calibrate performance levels and people in order for all the assessors to use the same criteria and standards in an objective way
  • To train and coach store people performance leaders to facilitate new PM processes in order to develop facilitation skills and have alignment in the evaluation process
  • To develop learning programs and internal trainers in order to support the transformation of the BU (Leadership Model self-leadership, feedback, new PM,.)
  • To develop and use learning analytics in order to measure and improve the effectiveness of training
  • Be process owner of performance management processes (EDP, JDP, …...........) and ensure communication, training, and updates in the process
  • Be process owner of Training Budget



Requirements
  • BSc in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or similar field
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience, in L&D, preferably in the retail industry
  • Expertise in training methodologies
  • Experience in performance management
  • Fluent in English
  • MS Office
  • Communication (oral & verbal) & presentation skills
  • Goal-setting skills
  • Strategic thinking
