Medical Representative


Kariera's Hiring Solutions team, on behalf of a client-company, in pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a Medical Representative.

Medical Representative executes the Commercial Plan in the field in the area of responsibility, as an individual and a part of In-Field Team, in order to maximize company and Brand Value Proposition by managing territory and targeted accounts, through a specific, tailored, action and call plan to assigned HCP stakeholders and by working closely with Sales Manager to align strategy and provide feedback of market intelligence to Brand Team.

Customer Selling and Relationship Management:

  • Deliver expected and beyond, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc. in order to meet or exceed on those objective
  • Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluation in order to continuously improve sales performance. Effectively handle objections, misunderstandings, concerns and consistently gain logical and reasonable calls to action in order to close on every sales call.
  • Use evidence-based medicine skills during the sales call (clinical papers etc.); sell visually by appropriate use of currently approved sales aids offering a tailored message to customer needs
  • Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs, customer expectations and challenges in order to build trusted customer relationships and to achieve win-win agreements between company and customers.

Clinical and market knowledge

  • Share best practice from the field to enhance our business success across the Brand teams
  • Demonstrate in-depth disease, product, market and competitive intelligence expertise
  • Understands deeply the emerging multi-stakeholder environment

Territory Management:

  • Continuously analyze sales reports (CRM etc.) and field intelligence
  • Develop and continually review and update a thorough engagement plan focused on key customers to exceed sales goals
  • Develop a cycle journey plan that optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers and ensures the ability to achieve call plan metrics
  • Accurately identify customer position on sales cycle. Effectively target and track resources to maximize sales opportunities

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (life sciences)
  • MSc will be considered a plus
  • Previous experience of 1-2 years in Sales role as a Medical Representative (Pharma or cosmetics) is preferable
  • English language proficiency verbally and in writing
  • Digital capabilities
