Inspiring Earth Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst who is willing to step up and take over Financial Controller responsibilities, driving end-to-end financial management, including corporate accounting, statutory reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting. You should be able to ensure financial health and integrity in times of disruption and change through taking into consideration any financial risks.
You will be reporting to the Executive Director of the Group and your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Lead the preparation of annual operating budgets and financial forecasts and report variance.
- Lead the financial planning, analysis and reporting function while making sure that Accounting team operates smoothly with their relevant reporting tools.
- Coordinating the development of the Annual as well as the development of the long-term Business Plan
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial & cash flow reports
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
