If yes, we are looking for a Call Center Manager to join our Team in Greece!


What You Get To Do In This Role


  • Oversees daily activities and management of the call center and deals (inbound and outbound) responding to customer requests
  • Management of call center outsourced activities that are fully integrated with the banks flows to serve our customers in a seamless and friendly manner
  • Aligns company strategy with that of call center, manages budget and employees ensuring the highest level of customer experience with the Bank
  • Sets together with other departments the KPIs to be followed by team leaders and call center employees
  • Escalates to other departments, opportunities that may improve the efficiency of the business and customer satisfaction as well as remedial actions to mitigate potential issues
  • Creation and monitoring the incentive scheme to reflect the qualitative and quantitative indicators of performance
  • Supports HR in the hiring and onboarding process of new employees as well as the continuous training of call center employees
  • Identifies market opportunities that may improve the Customer experience with the Bank and liaises with other departments for the implementation


Qualifications

  • Min 2 years of prior experience in the role;
  • People management experience.
  • Experience in launching new services and products;
  • Experience in reporting, reading and interpreting numbers;
