  • Deliver new recruits on-boarding sessions and skill development training
  • Continuously develop training and knowledge/skill set assessment material
  • Manage E2E Quality cycle to ensure continuous team performance
  • Define training plans and knowledge-based assessment modules
  • Collaborate with Supervisors, Quality Analysts, the Operation Manager and client, in order to improve agent skills across the project
  • Build training curricula and create training material based on operations and/or client requirements
  • Plan training actions according to operations demands and needs
  • Deliver training on a variety of client-oriented topics
  • Complete pre and post training reports


  • Strong communication skills, including communication at executive level
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast pace and developing environment
  • Familiar with global training standards and processes
  • Ability to establish strong and lasting business relationships
  • Ability to create reports & presentations and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor/Master's degree
  • 1-3 years’ experience as a trainer
  • Previous contact center experience is a plus
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Fluent/Native French speaker would be considered a plus
