Job Purpose & Key Deliverables
SeaCreteHotels operate in Chania since 1990 in the area of Apokoronas.
SeaCreteHotels is a fast growing business entity, currently operating with 3 hotels, targeting All inclusive, Beach, Family, 5 stars’ vacations.
 
Curretly SeaCreteHotels are looking to hire a successful Operations Manager.
 
As an Operations Manager, you’ll be looking to maximize the potential of your assigned business goals by developing, communicating and implementing successful strategies. Your strategies will be powerfully aligned to overall SeaCreteHotels business strategies and drive the achievement of overall objectives.
This is a key role for someone who wishes to become a successful Operations Manager within the hospitality industry, in a growing and challenging marketplace. If you have talent and motivation, you’ll find support and encouragement in every step of the way.
 
Key Accountabilities
  • Achieve annual Operations KPIs targets with specific focus on:
  • HR strategy implementation (450 employees)
  • Food & Beverage
  • Reviews (1000 clients per day on a full basis from April to November
  • Ensure with the support of the HR department that the properties are properly staffed.
  • Optimise F&B function.
  • Continuously monitor and improve ratings.
  • Develop and execute an operational plan to meet business and people objectives as well as consumer requirements: Propose optimization changes.
  • Actively look for customer and industry insights via available research tools. 
  • Participate in the development of sales forecasts.
  • Ensure appropriate involvement of key partners in all relevant stages of the work.
  • Propose goals and KPIs for operational excellence in execution. Monitor closely the implementation and results.
  • Ensure that all team members are trained and motivated to perform at high level as per SeaCreteHotels values and culture.
  • Manage budgets focusing on smart investments, value for money and synergies.
  • Drive competitive performance in Client Satisfaction Survey.
 
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Industry or other related field.
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or other related field will be appreciated (desired).
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Proven Record in TripAdvisor and holydaycheck.
  • Use of KPIs with the help of ReviewPro.     
  • Use of technology for F&B cost and salary cost.
  • Use of technology for on-line sales.
  • 7-10 years of Resort Operation Experience in a reputable and progressive or similar Resort (All inclusive, 4+ / 5 stars).
  • Local end to end operational plan development and implementation.
  • Cross category experience and services development.
  • Consumer engagement platforms.
