The Enterprise Solutions Center (ESC) delivers innovative solutions leveraging our enterprise platforms and deep expertise in the areas of Content Solutions, Business Process Solutions, and Application Integration Solutions.
The Engagement & Delivery (E&D) Team within ESC identifies and implements right fit, strategically aligned, cost effective solutions across the ESC domain areas to meet business needs.  

This position is accountable for ensuring solutions that add business value are successfully delivered in partnership with ESC and Pfizer Digital teams.
  • Financial management:Perform monthly reconciliation of financial reports against budget tracking.
    Prepare and submit monthly accruals and reclasses.
    Coordinate monthly re-forecasting process.
    Summarize budget variances and prepare proposals to address.
    Present monthly actuals and forecasts to the ESC Leadership team.
    Maintain financial process documentation.
  • Portfolio and Reporting:Coordinate tracking and review process.
    Ensure integrity and accuracy of portfolio information.
    Coordinate monthly portfolio review process and lessons learned sharing.
    Design and develop tableau reports to best represent ESC accomplishments.
    Lead monthly portfolio review meetings.
    Ensure all ESC project managers update P3 resource manager with estimated resource allocations.
    Responsible for maintaining projects in ESC Portfolio and assisting with project estimations.
    Develop and maintain portfolio management process documentation.
  • Curriculum StewardUpdate the ESC curriculum based on new training requirements. Obtain ESC curriculum approval from Quality organization.
    Routinely monitor training compliance and proactively follow-up with ESC team members to ensure pending training is completed in alignment with assigned curriculum.
  • Assist with compliance related activities (i.e, Common Requirements Set remediation) to maintain the validated state of ESC solutions.
  • Coordinate ESC solution quarterly bug fix releases and routine query update releases with Support Team.
  • Develop and maintain constructive, trust-based relationships, to ensure overall efficiencies and goals are achieved.
  • BS in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, Sciences or related field.
  • 0-2 years’ experience in related field.
  • Business analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Technical aptitude - solid PowerPoint and Excel expertise.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations and create structure when necessary without overcomplicating.
  • Ability to think strategically and longer-term design and planning.
  • Soft skills and cultural awareness.
  • Experience with Content Management, Business Process Management and Application Integration Platforms and solutions.
  • Facilitation, negotiating and presentation skills. Able to work with all levels in the organization.
  • Program/project management skills.
  • Training and experience in project management (PMP), change management, continuous improvement methodologies and creative problem solving/innovation frameworks highly desired.
  • Experience with SDLC/Agile methodologies.
  • Influencing skills with teams and negotiation skills with vendors. Ability to work in matrixed environment and leading via influence.
