Job Title: IT Support Technician
IT Support Technician is responsible for providing assistance to employees’ and external partners’ technical queries in a timely and friendly manner, always in accordance with company’s procedures and policies. In this role, you will be expected for quickly detecting and resolving any issues that come up (software and hardware malfunctions). The person should provide quality support via telephone, e-mail, web or any other relevant available channel. 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support all employees and sales network in software and hardware issues.
  • Monitor on a daily basis that printing and scanning systems function normally.
  • Participate in installing and maintaining network structure.
  • Investigate in cooperation with the IT Manager for new opportunities in the field of Technology, such as servers and network security.

  • University Degree at Information Technology, Computer Science or in any related field will be considered an asset.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in IT Department.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Excellent computer literacy and capacity for specialized programs (Microsoft, Cisco).
  • Ability to work responsibly in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to cooperate effectively with the team members.
  • Military service obligations fulfilled for male candidates.
