SEPHORA Greece is interested in immediate hiring of Category Manager, belonging to Offer team. The recruiting is important to cover a maternity leave gap. Of course, there is the possibility of extending the recruiting of the new Category Manager in case of over performance, in combination with Business needs and priorities. Current position fulfilment is mainly addressed to persons with the relevant experience, non currently working or possible candidates who want to express and prove their capabilities in a company of Beauty sector.  
The main mission of the position is to drive growth of the brand through planning and execution of strategic plans and launches. To increase brand’s market share in Greek network & sell out. To analyze trends & sell out performance of categories, report and communicate KPIs. 

Job Description
The Sephora brand Category Manager is responsible for: 
  • Designing the full year Plan per brand & monitoring for adjustments and execution
  • Designing the Brand’s Strategy per category according to yearly sell out results.
  • Leading new Brand launches & designing of strategy for best brand’s support and sell outgrowth in the Greek market
  • Making analysis of data for all subcategories & making proposal of actions for promotional activities (continuous basis)
  • Following up sales performance on a weekly and monthly  base (per Market, Category, Range, Brand & SKU) 
  • Designing & Preparing Brand’s Budget & proposing estimated sell out, market share & margins 
  • Updating & Monitoring Budget on monthly basis 
  • Designing and implementing cost savings projects across multiple subcategories
  • Managing Stock Management Control per brand & corrective action proposals to decrease depreciation value
  • Having Daily communication with suppliers / brands for adjustment on the marketing plans, promotions/activities following up execution and feedback through reports 
  • Managing Pricing management
  • Setting sell out targets per store on a monthly basis according to brand priorities & thematic animations plan 
  • Monitoring regularly store layouts with merchandiser to secure best brand’s visibility and propose solutions/ideas according to new arrivals & priorities

Technical skills
  • Experience in Cosmetics would be a strong plus
  • Experience in Category Management or Brand Management position, min. of 4 years 
  • University / TEI degree in Marketing field
  • Master diploma would be a plus
  • Fluency in English language
  • Mandatory knowledge of MS Office tools
