About the Role

As a part of the team you will be assisting our clients in order ensure maximum customer experience and the constant improvement of our service.

More specifically, you will: 

  • Act as a point of contact & provide superior and friendly customer service to all clients through email/chat and phone. 

  • Maintain accurate records of completed and pending tasks. 

  • Escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution of incidents/problems. 

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in a professional environment. 

  • Handle customer technical troubleshooting and solve their questions regarding their training material through phone and email. 

  • Evaluate clients on their training progress via regular online evaluation sessions 

  • Update the company website with tech tips and brief documents. 

  • Assist in the preparation & editing of our training material.

Must-have skills 

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. 

  • Technical mindset  

  • Familiarity with SQL and with one or more programming languages (Python, Java, Javascript) is essential. 

  • Strong communication skills

  • Willingness to develop interpersonal and technical skills necessary for an IT Support position. 

  • Ability to follow verbal and written directions. 

  • Motivation and goal-orientation must be able to work independently and take initiative. 

  • Ability to work flexibly, we adapt our schedule according to our customers! 

  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills  

  • Fluency in Greek and English is essential.
