As a Project Manager, reporting directly to the Pre-Sales Manager, you will be responsible to drive and coordinate B2B Presales & Consulting activities of the company. This includes the sizing, preparation and submission of offers for major projects as well as planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the demonstration, implementation and
support of software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects in order to support customer activities.
  • Provide proposals for project strategies and assist in planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, risk analysis and management, project status reports and problem reporting, follow up and organization.
  • Estimate costs timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project.
  • Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and activities tracks against the plan and provide regular and accurate reports.
  • Manage the change control procedure and gain agreement for revisions to the project

Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • BSc degree. Preferably in the fields of STEM
  • MSc degree will be considered an advantage
  • Proven experience (at least 2 years) in project management (PMI / P2 or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in handling complex technical concepts and applying solutions according to client requirements
  • Knowledge of industry will be a strong asset
  • Excellent client and internal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office accompanied by excellent reporting methods and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Fluenc  in written and spoken English
