We are currently looking for an ingenious LiOn support engineer for our Global After Sales Department. The role will focus in repairing and maintain our LiOn products. Moreover, supporting partners and customers should be a part of Service Support Engineer daily job.  On top of that, the role offers hands-on experience, testing and documenting -reporting in our After Sales Department at Kifisia, Athens, as well as well cooperation with the others departments it is needed.


Key responsibilities:

  • Maintains – Repairs Sunlight's LiON products
  • Operation Monitoring & adjustment remotely
  • Worldwide remote Support partner/ customer
  • Service training of partners and customers
  • Follow up claims and operation
  • Reporting and suggestions for improvement
  • Oversees account performance according to KPIs
  • Cooperates with other departments for the continuous improve of products

Job requirements
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience (ideally in industrial sector)
  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electrical Power, Electronics, Automation-Communications)
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications
  • Organizational skills, time management, team work
  • Customer centric mentality
  • Ability to travel abroad
  • Great interpersonal and administrative skills
