About the Role

As part of the Workearly team, you’ll provide a wealth of useful information to our clients in key areas such as career opportunities planning, carreer goal setting and skillset development in order to succeed in the IT sector.

You will be responsible for developing relationships with B2C clients in order to examine their training needs and career goals in order to choose the right, custom-made training program for them, attending meetings and presentations while maintaining advanced knowledge of services & job market trends.

More specifically, you will be: 

  • Guide clients in discovering their interests and abilities, in order to to determine their training requirements and needs, choosing the most suitable, tailor-made training program for each client

  • Counsel individual clients according to their profile, for their suitable career steps 

  • Consult with clients to overcome past or current issues that could undermine their career success

  • Connect clients with the ever-changing IT job market, giving them information about emerging IT roles and trends

  • Plan & coordinate training programs that are accessible, inclusive, and intellectually relevant to clients' needs

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships 

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction 

  • Track client needs and customer experience in order to help the continuous improvement of our services 

  • Gain profound knowledge of the IT sector, investigate new trends and business/career opportunities for our clients, according to their background 

  • Analyze the IT territory through extensive market research 

  • Acquire profound knowledge regarding all products and services offered by the company through testing, demonstrations, and research 

  • Cooperate closely with other team members and departments 

  • Continuously improve your skills & knowledge through team and customer feedback 

Must-have skills 

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR /Consulting / Career Coaching /Account Management .

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset 

  • Eagerness to conduct market research for trends & development opportunities

  • Familiarity with the IT sector

  • Motivation and goal-orientation must be able to work independently and take initiatives. 

  • Ability to work flexibly, we adapt our schedule according to our customers! 

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills 

  • Skilled in relationship management and open to feedback 

  • Fluency in Greek and English is essential.
