Oxygen, nitrogen, argon and hydrogen are essential small molecules for industry and health. For its affiliate, Technical Gases (TAE Hellas) in Greece is willing to hire a legal professional to join the Team:
 Main Responsibilities
  • Reviews, negotiates and prepares contracts, agreements, renewals and other business related documents; proposes their modification if required, drafting the content and clauses that meet company’s regulations and standards
  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders and collects the necessary information and documentation for the execution of legal due diligence and the provision of the required legal support for all transactions
  • Reviews new business relationships with vendors and subcontractors
  • Researches on a variety of local and international legal issues that could impact the company
  • Cooperates with external legal advisors, if required, for the effective management of legal cases that required specialization e.g. litigation, government filings, tender documents and licensing
  • Participates in M&A cases and provides support around corporate and legal aspects of the projects
  • Supports the identification of internal company areas of legal risks or non-compliance with legislation and propose actions for their mitigation
  • Provides daily commercial and regulatory legal support to internal stakeholders
  • Manage all legal operations and procedures i.e. mergers and acquisitions – a transaction whereby the ownership of a company is transferred to or consolidated with another
  • Corporate restructuring – the act of significantly altering the structure or operations of a business to increase profits and/or efficiency.
  • Management buyouts – a form of acquisition whereby the managers of a company acquire some or all the business from the parent company or private owner.
  • Commercial contracts – agreements between companies setting out what they can and cannot do in their business relationship
  • Transcribe, proofread, and file legal documents before deadlines
  • Representing the corporation before administrative boards and trials
  • Schedule court depositions, hearings, and other meetings as determined by an attorney
  • Organize internal court records for easy access at any time.
  • Conduct research for a case, which may include obtaining medical or employment records
  • Attend court proceedings, take notes, and report to the Senior Manager.
  • Researches on a variety of local and international legal issues that could impact the company
  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders and collects the necessary information and documentation for the execution of legal due diligence and the provision of the required legal support for all transactions
  • Make sure corporations are in compliance with these rules, while taking on other types of work
  • Research, anticipate issues and guard Company against legal risks and violations
  • Develop company policy and position on legal issues
  • Undertake and manage ad hoc projects
  • Work closely with the Legal Affairs Senior Manager, as well as with external advisors and experts on a variety of legal issues
  • Represents the Company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.)
  • Support deals' negotiation
  • Examine the legal issues related to new products and services
  • Comply with GDPR Regulation

Knowledge - Abilities
  • At least 5 years of working experience as legal advisor; previous in-house experience will be consider an asset
  • Degree in Law
  • Experience in litigation and corporate law
  • Have a strong understanding of legal terminology
  • Legal research skills
  • Highly motivated personality with strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; be able to work under pressure and meet tight
  • deadlines
  • Excellent English skills (Proficiency Level) Strong command of the English language, grammar, and legal vocabulary to create and send professional court documents.

  • schedules, a legal Assistant resume should outline organizational skills.
  • Ability to type 60 to 80 words per minute. With a large number of court documents to type and deliver, all of which have tight deadlines, efficient typing is a must
