  • Focuses on new opportunities/funnel management 
  • Establishes and maintains quarterly account plans to focus on meeting quarterly targets and promote sales and market growth
  • Transforms potential leads into sales activities
  • Builds good relationship with local distributors who are managing customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Continuously improve through feedback 


Job Requirements:

  • Romanian Native Speaker
  • Proficient English speaker
  • Independent user of MS Office
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Assertiveness and confidence
  • Goal-driven with ability to work under pressure
  • Good problem-solving skills
