Applicant’s main accountabilities:
- Greet and allocate guests to their table with a professional and positive attitude
- Make any charges needed considering guests board type
- Organize time effectively, assist to the plan and prioritize tasks to ensure workload is balanced and urgent situations are dealt with immediately
- Respond to potential requests from guests and follow up to ensure that their needs have been met successfully
- Oversea the flow of guests within the restaurant
- Forward any feedback provided from guests to supervisors
- Ensure the highest standards of guest care is maintained
- Provide a friendly, efficient and courteous service at all times
Applicant’s main qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Excellent command of English language. Knowledge of a second foreign language (preferably German, Russian, French, Italian or Hebrew) would be considered as extra asset.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a 5* property
- Knowledge of hotel management software (Protel) is an advantage.
