Our Hotel is a newly built 5-star luxury resort in Santorini. It is envisioned as a contemporary and modern Cycladic village, with common areas organically dispersed along a sprawling 30+ acres plot and nestled in the serenity of ancient Thyra foothills.  Our F&B program consists of two beautiful restaurants (designed by the globally renowned Rockwell Group), a wine bar, a wine cave, and a bakery.  

For these outlets, we are seeking to employ young Ambassadors.   The position is distinct from server positions.  Ambassadors will work closely with the general manager and the restaurant’s leaders to elevate the overall guest experience, receive feedback from clients, attend guest needs and create a nice high-end ambience at the restaurants.  Serving of specialty plates and helping servers at busy times will also be required.

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent command of English and will be expected to convey positive energy to guests at all times.  Background in hospitality or restaurant business is preferred but not required.  Quality accommodations (in walking distance from the hotel and close to restaurants and mini-markets) and meals will be provided.

Two different positions are offered:  Position 1 is for three months (July-September), at euro 1,750 net per month, plus an extra full month salary net upon successful completion of the three-month ambassadorship.  Position 2 is for two months (July-August) at euro 1,750 net per month, plus an additional two/thirds of monthly salary net upon successful completion of the two-month ambassadorship.
