Chef De Partie – NOŪS Santorini

Qualifications:

• Degree in Culinary Arts or Tourism / Hospitality studies
• 2 years experience of supervising staff in a high-end restaurant or hotel in similar position
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Strong skills in organizing, inventorying, allocating tasks and maintain daily kitchen shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Excellent HACCP and health & safety regulations knowledge
