Sandblu is a newly built 5-star luxury resort in Santorini, the finest hospitality offering in the Cyclades. It is a contemporary and modern Cycladic village, with common areas organically dispersed along a sprawling 30+ acres plot and nestled in the serenity of ancient Thyra foothills.

Sandblu is entering its initial operating phase, comprising five (5) retail stores. While two stores, a jewelry and an eyewear store, will be operated by top-notch independent third parties, the company will manage three outlets internally. These include a concept store, our signature store, and a convenience store.

The SandBlu Luxury Resort is hiring Retail Shop Agent

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in the resort's retail shop by providing information about products, promotions, and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling payments and issuing receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the retail shop, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling procedures and inventory management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
