- Deep understanding and knowledge of the tourism offline & b2b contracting
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new partners (tour operators & local agents)
- Communication & implementation of sales activities and promotions
- Be responsible for the accurate presentation & content of the hotels in the partners’ brochures and websites
- Ensure the smooth running of site inspections and fam trips
- Respond to group requests
- Handle special requests from travel agents
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position in hospitality industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management/Business Administration
- Master degree in Marketing or Tourism Management will be considered a plus
- Fluency in oral and written English.
- A strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational / time-management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth
- Team player and positive attitude
