Gundari creates sustainable luxury resorts that offer immersive experiences, in
spectacular locations, at a slower rhythm. Our first resort, in the dramatic and stunning
Folegandros, will launch in May 2024.
The ideal candidate will assist the Executive Chef in the supervision of kitchen production and
participate in the food production. Ensures that the function provides the highest food quality
consistent with cost control and profitability margins; hence maximise guest satisfaction and food profitability. All work is carried out in line with the hotel’s guidelines, the departmental business plan, corporate guidelines, and service concepts.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Three years minimum experience at a supervisory kitchen position.
2. Previous Pre-Opening Experience.
3. Proven success working with all levels of management.
4. Confident in working with branded operations.
5. Excellent command of both English and Greek language.
6. Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
