Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the Connectivity Center team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented colleagues.
  • Manage all Connectivity Center day-to-day operations including pre-arrival communications, telephone operations, Guest Messaging Hub and systems management within guidelines and to the highest standards.
  • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures according to brand standards.
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
  • Consistently implements and adheres to all luxury service standards including LQA and Forbes Travel Guide.
  • Effective in complaint handling and problem resolution
  • Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
  • Responsible for all guest profile and amenity planning of our guests.

Positions Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Proven Call Center management experience in 5* luxury Hotel at least of 1yrs in managerial role.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (OPERA, ALICE, SalesForce)
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
