Your main purpose
Mission: As a beach Experience Manager you will design tailored beach experiences for our customers by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service.
Tailored Service: Coordinate and improve the daily operation of the beach and pool service. Ensure that the beach and pools are clean, tidy, equipped, and safe before guests’ arrival. Inform external cleaning partners of any needs of the beach and keep a record of their presence. Organize and supervise staff shifts. Train new members on proper customer service practices.

Fluency in English
Beach/pool experience within a beach/pool bar or restaurant, ideally within a hotel environment
Proven experience in managing a small or bigger team within a hotel environment
Degree / Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism would be a plus
