Atlantica Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel company in Cyprus and Greece, is expanding its operations. We seek an experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team at the Atlantica Nissaki Beach* in Corfu island.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance is achieved while also supporting the company's philosophy of Greek hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that all Housekeeping staff perform duties in accordance with hotel policy
  • Assists the Executive Housekeeper in formulating and establishing plans for all aspects of Housekeeping management and operation.
  • Supervises a daily inspection program to ensure guest rooms, back of the house and public areas are clean and supplied with necessary items and services.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and orderliness
  • Collaborate with the rest hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory
  • Schedule staff and assign tasks to ensure efficient use of resources

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a housekeeping assistant in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff at all levels of the organization
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, with a thorough understanding of housekeeping and laundry operations
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant computer programs. Knowledge of the Protel PMS will be considered as an asset
