Workathlon is currently hiring for the position of Baker Demi Chef de Partie at NOUS in Santorini.

As a Baker Demi Chef de Partie, your role is to oversee a specific section in the kitchen and ensure that all dishes are effectively executed with consistent presentation, to maximize customer satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for coaching less experienced staff and take pride in passing on your knowledge to effectively develop the team.
