Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation meeting the highest standards for hotel guests.
• Adapt to the specific requirements of each guest and demonstrate a passion for working with the freshest and finest ingredients available.
• Work across different sections of the kitchen to gain exposure and experience in various culinary techniques and cuisines.
• Take a proactive approach to learning and improving knowledge in all areas of the kitchen.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards in your work area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar or relevant role is preferred.
• Demonstrated drive and passion for food and cooking.
• Excellent technical cooking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
