Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate baking equipment and maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery section of the kitchen.
• Ensure the timely production of baked goods to meet the demands of the resort's dining outlets.
• Collaborate with pastry chef and other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and menu offerings.
• Monitor inventory levels and order baking ingredients and supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Certificate in baking, pastry-making, or culinary arts from a reputable institution.
• Previous experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Proficiency in baking techniques and a variety of baking methods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality baked goods.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
