Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, providing a personalized dining experience
• Take accurate orders and assist guests in choosing menu items, answering questions about the menu
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including set-up and breakdown duties
• Attend to special requests or dietary restrictions of guests
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining establishment preferred
• Extensive knowledge of wine and spirits will be considered and asset
• Previous experience with POS systems, Micros preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a positive attitude
• Must be eligible to work in Greece and have a valid work visa if applicable
