We're currently seeking a motivated young professional to support our Supply Chain team, with a focus on the Customer Service function. This role involves working on challenging projects aimed at transforming our systems and processes within Supply Chain. It's a fixed-term contract assignment with exciting opportunities.

The Customer Service Specialist will play a key role in supporting both business transformation projects and daily operational activities. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Master's Degree in Supply Chain fields (Logistics, Planning) would be a plus.
- Proven experience in a Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales, or Logistics position would be an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (fully operational).
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems. Experience in the SD module would be highly valued.
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages.
