We are currently looking for a Shift Operations Supervisor for the Korinthos Power Gas-fired Combined Cycle Thermal Power Plant (CCGT), based at Agioi Theodoroi, Korinthos.

Your role will encompass:  

• Operate the Energy Generation Complex according to the production schedule during your shift

• Supervise shift personnel, providing guidance on the correct performance of operations on the equipment

• Investigate faults and functional anomalies

• Work closely with maintenance engineers to maintain logbooks and relevant documents, ensuring safe execution of maintenance work

• Draft and revise Operations department procedures

• Compile operational logs, anomaly reports, and provide operational data to the Operations Department

• Inspect equipment to ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines and achieve maximum capacity

• Follow safety procedures in case of emergencies.

• Report any technical issues or suspicious situations to the Operations Manager

What you bring to the role:

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Naval Engineering (member of Technical Chamber of Greece – TEE), with specialization in the Energy sector.

• 1+ of professional experience in an industrial field (experience in Thermal Power Stations will be considered as an additional asset).

• Knowledge in Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Steam Generators, Internal/External Combustion Engines, Modern and Asynchronous Electric Machines, Electrical Installations and Systems, Power Electronics, PLC, SCADA, will be an advantage.

• Very good command of the English language and good working knowledge of MS Office.

• Ability to immediately intervene and solve technical problems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong planning and organizing skills and ability to assign tasks to his/her team
