About the role

There is currently a job opening “Training Instructor”, in Olympic Air Maintenance Training Organization (MTO). As a Training Instructor, you will be responsible to develop and deliver training and assessment activities. You are a perfect match if you are learning enthusiast and you have passion to share your knowledge via promoting the aviation culture.

 

What you will do:

• Exercise duties in accordance with Part-147 requirements and in adherence with Part-66 basic and type/task training specifications
• Prepare the course material for the assigned training courses, in cooperation with the Maintenance Training Organization team
• Conduct the basic knowledge and practical training on the modules/ sub modules
• Conduct type/task theoretical and practical training on the authorized aircraft types
• Prepare the workshops, the classrooms and the training equipment or maintenance facilities, for the assigned theoretical training

 

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

• Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) Part-66 for at least 3 years, working as B1.1, B1.3 or B2 in Big Aircrafts on Base Maintenance or Line Maintenance or Degree in Engineering on aviation maintenance environment
• Teaching experience will be considered an asset
• Good knowledge of the aviation regulatory framework
• Ability to implement Human Factors principles
• Fluency in oral and written Greek & English
