Credit Control Administrator

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ financial status
• Evaluate creditworthiness and risks
• Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation
• Contact clients in order to receive outstanding payments
• Prepare documents for bad debt write offs and refunds
• Manage e-commerce platforms (PayPal, Cardlink, JCC etc)

Qualifications:

• BSc in Economics, Finance or relevant business degree
• Maximum 1 year work experience in a Finance dpt
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Very strong communication skills (verbal and written) & excellent command of English
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment subject to continuous changes
