Job Description

We are looking for a SAP Project Manager for our offices in Athens.

A day in the life of a SAP Project Manager.

As a SAP Project Manager, you will join a structured team of highly experienced SAP Professionals and will undertake the delivery of our SAP projects and services. You will report to senior management and will be a key role in delivering the successful execution of large-scale SAP transformation project. The most significant delivery will be the S/4HANA deployment.

Your main duties will be:

• Provide Project Management support to a cross-functional project team delivering an SAP S/4 HANA implementation project
• Responsible for on-time delivery of program commitments, implementing program metrics and manage associated progress reporting
• Lead project day-to-day execution, facilitate communication and drive progress against plans
• Track, manage, prioritize, and escalate project issues and risks
• As appropriate, set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and coordinate work activities
• A key component of the role of supporting the governance process
• Have ownership for ensuring a robust project plan is in place and maintained accurately
• Work closely with both customer's, implementation team and third-party teams
• Provide weekly status reports to the project sponsors
• Improve knowledge of the project team in the software of project management and delivery

Qualifications

If you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another relevant field
• Proven track record in project delivery for large, highly complex, integrated application landscapes of large transformation programs
• Project Manager experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects
• Good knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
• Excellent command of the Greek and the English languages (written and verbal)
• Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities, combining technical competence with a business consulting approach
• Excellent at communication and presentation skills
• A multi-tasking mindset and you are able to work under tight deadlines

It would also be a plus if you had:

• Project Management certification (PMP or Prince2 or SAP Project Management certification)
• Experience in at least 2 full SAP S/4HANA implementation project
• Demonstrated experience in change management and cross-functional team
