Business Process Management (BPM) Analyst

 

Taking on the role of BPM Analyst, you will be the central point for all corporate procedures, training communications, processes mapping, and/or relevant updates. You will manage the procedures manual and ensure that systems, policies and other departmental and business changes are communicated to the necessary teams. You will develop and conduct business process and systems training for the training department & the business owners. You will also promote the use of technology, assist staff to make the best use of existing and emerging management tools and develop and maintain business processes documentations. The position reports to Operations Director.

 

Position responsibilities:

  • Perform process analysis to design & redesign workflows and processes, as to ensure effectiveness & efficiency.
  • Analyze & improve existing processes methods and workflows to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, or discontinuance.
  • Design & implement new processes.
  • Ensure business process methods & workflows are in alignment with the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Coordinate initiatives that may cross business and site lines. Initiatives will include process and testing changes, procedure and development changes, training and system change requests.
  • Collaborates with peer trainers and business stakeholders, to ensure training needs are met across the organization in a consistent manner.
  • Monitors end-user feedback and process changes to evaluate and improve training effectiveness.

 

Necessary qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer or Billing Operations in the Energy Sector (Electricity & Gas) or
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Operations in the Telecommunications sector (mobile telephony, fixed telephony & internet services)
  • Bachelor’s degree will be considered an asset
  • Experience on AJPSoft’s IEBS software will be considered a plus
  • Analytical Skills & ability to manage multiple tasks
