Jr. Product Manager

 

Position responsibilities:

• Support the design, development, and management of product portfolio for residential & business customers
• Assist in the development of product strategic roadmap in order to fulfill company objectives
• Monitoring market developments related to competition landscape & regulatory framework
• Deep understanding of customer’s needs in order to develop successful propositions
• Deploy go-to-market strategies & tactics that bring competitive advantages
• Design campaigns for various segments/ channels (call centers, retail, digital etc.)
• Assist in the preparation of product related financial analyses/ business cases
• Define product value proposition/ message to be communicated on TV, radio, digital channels, etc.
• Close collaboration with various departments for product launches (Legal, Operations, Marcomms, CX, IT etc.)
• Manage products lifecycle & portfolio assortment
• Provide guidance to customer care teams, ensuring exceptional experience for our customers
• Act as an ambassador of the products within the organization

 

Necessary qualifications:

• Up to 3 years of experience in product management
• Experience in services marketing preferred (energy, telcos etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in business/ economics, engineering, or other related fields
• Master’s degree will be considered an asset
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (excel, power point)
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• Strong analytical skills and numerical understanding
• Strong commercial acumen and result driven mentality
• Excellent presentation/ communication skills
• Strong team spirit and collaboration
