Marketing Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Support marketing executive in organizing various projects
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
• Coordinate creation of online content for the company’s website and social media accounts
• Create marketing material (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or other relative discipline from a Greek or foreign institute
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
• Presentation skills
• Excellent analytical, numerical and computer skills (including Excel and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with social media promotions & metrics
• Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
