The role

  • Understand the market and the customer needs and translate them in appropriate product portfolio offering, which fits, to them.
  • Manage the lifecycle of the product portfolio as well as the positioning of the new items.
  • Produce the ideal marketing material, which will be more appealing for the customer target group.
  • Cooperate with the rest functions of the company in order to deliver efficiently strategies (direct sales, shops, e business etc) related with your market needs.
  • Provide end-to-end solutions from supply chain until ready go to market approaches.
  • Manage the marketing plan of the assigned market responsibility.
  • Monitor and react in all the relevant KPIs from Sales, Products, Profitability perspective
  • Being an active ambassador of the particular market in all the stakeholders.
  • Provide commercial support in Salesforce and Customers ( trainings, seminars etc)

 

The candidate

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Marketing or Sales in the relevant industries of activity.
  • Knowledge of relevant product portfolio could be considered as a plus ( Hand Tools, Power tools, Material Processing, Welding etc)
  • Microsoft Office advanced level ( Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal). German language could be a plus
  • Business trip availability (20-25% on average)
  • Strong communication skills, experience in public speaking.
  • Customer oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Natural curiosity and willingness to learn and grow
