The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities across our systems and infrastructure. The Vulnerability Management Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and resilience of our organization against cyber threats.
The Vulnerability Management Analyst will use a variety of tools to discover, analyze and report vulnerabilities across Teleperformance environment. The candidate should have a strong comprehension of vulnerabilities, risk analysis, networking, and systems knowledge.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Conduct regular internal and external vulnerability assessments to identify security weaknesses and potential threats both to our systems and infrastructure and to Teleperformance’s clients.
- Analyze and prioritize vulnerabilities based on severity, exploitability, and potential impact on the organization's operations.
- Collaborate with different IT teams to remediate vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
- Generate both detailed and executive vulnerability reports.
- Continuously evaluate and improve vulnerability management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Other relevant duties as requested.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in vulnerability management, penetration testing, or a similar role,
- Strong understanding of common security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, etc.
- Proficiency in using vulnerability scanning tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Tanium or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CCSP, GEVA, OSCP, CCSK) are a plus.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation is desirable.
